龍程科技是一家專注於散熱產品及相關零件客製化的製造商和供應商。自 2016 年創立以來，總部設於台灣，並在中國、新加坡及美國德州設有行銷處，於中國大陸設有五家製造工廠，提供全製程的生產加工服務。LC Eternal Tech manufactures and supplies thermal products and custom components. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Taiwan, with sales offices in China, Singapore and Texas, USA, and five factories in mainland China covering the full production process.

涵蓋直流／交流散熱風扇、鼓風扇、EC 風扇、伺服器與顯卡散熱模組、主板／晶片／陶瓷散熱片、熱管與均熱板、五金外觀件及客製散熱器共 12 條產品線；尺寸、風量、噪音、材質與表面處理皆可依規格客製。Twelve product lines covering DC and AC cooling fans, blower fans, EC fans, server and VGA cooling modules, motherboard, chip and ceramic heatsinks, heat pipes and vapour chambers, hardware components and custom heatsinks — size, airflow, noise, material and surface treatment customised to your specification.
製造實力Manufacturing
製造流程Manufacturing process
五座工廠涵蓋全製程，不需外包即可完成從成型、加工、接合到表面處理的整條產線；通過 TS16949、ISO14001、OSA18001 管理體系。Five factories cover the entire process — forming, machining, joining and surface treatment in house. Certified to TS16949, ISO14001 and OSA18001.
壓鑄、鍛造、鋁擠、沖壓、粉末冶金、翻砂 —— 依散熱結構與成本選擇最適製程。Die-casting, forging, extrusion, stamping, metal injection moulding and sand casting — matched to the structure and the cost target.
CNC 三軸／四軸／五軸、線割、放電、雷射切割與水刀，處理複雜鰭片與公差要求。3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC, wire cutting, EDM, laser cutting and water jet for complex fins and tight tolerances.
釬焊、錫焊、摩擦焊、環氧樹脂焊與熱管鉚合，完成模組化組裝。Vacuum brazing, tin soldering, friction stir welding, epoxy bonding and heat-pipe riveting into finished modules.
陽極氧化、電鍍、真空鍍、噴粉噴油、鉻酸鹽鈍化、絲印雷雕與噴碼。Anodising, electroplating, vacuum plating, powder and wet coating, chromate passivation, silk screen, laser and inkjet marking.
